With my first product review I wanted to emphasize how GREAT coconut oil is (could it be that I just absolutely love coconut?) There are so many products out there that are available for your children and similar to products for us adults, they have so many “ides” and “acids” in them, you can get pretty anxious trying to figure out which ones out there are best. When I started off with my first daughter, I used Johnson & Johnson, mainly because I was most familiar with it and it’s one of the most advertised brands. About a month, I started using extra virgin coconut oil and I’ve never looked back. I now use it for both of my daughter’s skin and hair! Coconut oil has so many benefits such as:
- It’s full of vitamin E
- It helps to heal wounds
- It can reduce eczema
- It has anti-inflammatory properties – it even helps with teething!
